Christopher was elected as Member of Parliament for Norfolk South West in 2005. Members of Christopher's family have lived in Norfolk for many years and he, his wife and two children have made a home in the constituency.
Christopher believes in a United Kingdom of enterprise, opportunity and choice, where we reward initiative and protect the vulnerable – where the state is a hand-up, not a hand-out.
He believes people should be given choice: from the opportunity to buy their own home; to the chance to buy shares; from privatisation to tax reduction; to the overall and improvement of public services, where decisions are made closer to the people.
